Dude I'm exhausted just reading your story. You should tell them to get a Saltwater Chlorinator. They're awesome. I have a 15'x 4' Intex Metal Frame pool with the 1000gph filter. We also got the Saltwater Generator that Intex makes. The salwater is key - it makes it feel super luxurious simply because it feel soft on your skin and you don't have the same irritation that you get from public pools. I recommend both highly.

Hey Jo + Shaun,
Yeah the fires are down in Victoria near Melbourne, about 9 hr drive down the coast. It's pretty messed up. Entire communities have been completely wiped out. Houses, shops, everything gone. It's insane. And there are still fires burning. 100s of people have died. The fires were so intense and powerful people underestimated the speed at which they were coming and didn't leave in time, or stuck around to try and save their houses and property. Watching the news is pretty heartbreaking.

North of us in Queensland they have had flooding. I don't think there have been too many deaths, but just as much destruction, and people homeless because of it.

On the upside, The Redcross here has raised 100Million from donations from Australians and Aussie businesses and groups to help those affected. I am sure the damage and rebuilding will top that amount, but it's still very cool to see the whole country support each other.
